MicroXtreme HotSpot Terms and Conditions

The hotspot is intended to work with most any wifi device & Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox internet browser to provide access to MicroXtreme services and information. MicroXtreme owns and operates www.MicroXtreme.net wwwBucyrusWireless.com and other websites.

By connecting to or using any hotspot, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined as follows:

1. The hotspot provides direct links to tools and information that is available on the internet. MicroXtreme. reserves the right to change, add to or remove functionality at any time. By downloading, installing, and using any hotspot, you consent to any modifications to the connection. The hotspot works in conjunction with your wifi equipment and the hotspot may change the functionality of your system, internet browser or other software. Additionally, you consent to any changes to your system made by the hotspot or as a result of its installation or use.

2. The hotspot is available for the sole use in accessing the tools and information of www.MicroXtreme.net and www.BucyrusWireless.com websites and is not intended for any other purpose. Use of the hotspot that is detrimental to the hotspot and/or equipment & website is prohibited. Use of the hotspot that is detrimental to any other party’s use of the hotspot or use of www.MicroXtreme.net website is prohibited. By downloading/uploading anything not limited to software or updates through the hotspot, you agree that the material transferred is lawful and that you have rights to or own the material or have an unlimited right to provide it

3. Intellectual Property
MicroXtreme. owns all rights, title and interest in and to the MicroXtreme site and hardware, including, but not limited to any software provided through or in conjunction with the MicroXtreme site, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights.

"Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, and any and all other proprietary rights, and any and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide.

You agree that you will not(a) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the MicroXtreme site in an effort to derive the source, (b) tamper or interfere with the functionality or operation of while using or connected to it, (c) redistribute the MicroXtreme site to any third party, (d) replicate, reproduce, copy (except for reasonable backup purposes), or modify the site, or (e) export the site, directly or indirectly into any country prohibited by law. 4. MicroXtreme Updates
MicroXtreme may issue updates to the hotspot from time to time which may include enhancements, patches, hardware upgrades or technical updates. You agree that we may provide such updates at our discretion without any requirement for further approval from you or notification to you. All such Updates will be governed by this Terms and Conditions agreement. MicroXtreme will facilitate any upgrades.

5. Uninstalling/Disconnecting the hotspot
Should you decide that you no longer wish to use hotspot on your computer/device, you can disconnect the hotspot at any time. In addition, we shall have the right to terminate your access to and use of the hotspot and/or www.MicroXtreme.net site at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Terms and Conditions agreement, the MicroXtreme Internet Terms of Use or if MicroXtreme decides to discontinue offering the site/hotspot.
